About Lance Gutersohn

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Winter Park real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Winter Park areas, please contact me.

Story from the local Ski-Hi New Paper

December 31, 2010

Three weeks after graduating from high school, Lance Gutersohn started his real estate career in Denver. He certainly never imagined that 32 years later, he would be the sole owner of possibly the most powerful real estate organization in Grand County.

During the 12-year stint at Century 21 Winter Park Real Estate, Lance ranked No. 1 in sales production in Colorado and the five-state Rocky Mountain Region most of those years.

RE/MAX Peak-to-Peak in Tabernash

with a party of one. Since that time, Peak-to-Peak has been fortunate enough to pull some of Grand County’s biggest names in Real Estate together under his brand.

“Things really started to look up when Century 21 Winter Park Real Estate’s top producer Kristen Meyer brought her team on board,” says Lance. “That was a priceless endorsement that made me realize I really had put something special together. As it turns out, February was just the start of something GRAND. Since then it has snowballed into the most incredible team of experienced brokers I could have ever hoped for.”

RE/MAX Peak-to-Peak has just purchased a new office in Winter Park. After an extensive remodel they are open for business in the Winter Park Village Center across Highway 40 from the Post Office.

“I am truly humbled and a bit over- whelmed by the last couple of months and the powerful team which has assembled under my roof and brand said Lance.

The list of big broker names continued this past spring with the addition of Jennifer Metz, who was an independent broker, and Denise O’Connell from Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties.

“Then, when I made the announcement for the new office in Winter Park, the floodgates opened up. I was blown away when Coldwell Banker’s No. 1 team, Winter Park Partners, decided to join in the fun,” he said.

The top producing team of Irene Jans, Suzy Robbins and Neil Jans came on board in November, moving in to the new digs prior to the rest of the team. It seemed there must have been something in the air, because a few weeks later, Brenda Freeman, Mara Erlandson and Monica Anderson, from Century 21 Winter Park Real Estate, followed Winter Park Partners.

As if that were not enough glory for any one organization, there was more excitement to ensue. Marise Cipriani, main principal of Granby Ranch Holdings, decided to jump on the Peak-to-Peak bandwagon. Marise’s real estate sales team at Granby Ranch has been managed by Colley for many years.  Jenifer brings with her a sales team that includes Laura Zeitz and Chuck Haines

Jennifer and her team have accomplished an unbelievable sales volume of more than $11.8 million in the past year, while sales everywhere else have been incredibly sluggish.

Marise and Jennifer both realized by joining the Peak-to-Peak team, they could command an even better market share and presence through the worldwide RE/MAX network.

“We believe that the merger with RE/MAX provides us with the perfect vehicle to build upon our sales success,” Colley said. “I believe it’s imperative for Granby Ranch to have a stronger presence in the Winter Park Market, and this merger with Lance Gutersohn and Peak-to-Peak will al- low us to do so.”

“It just does not get any better than this,” says Lance. “We now have the biggest team of experienced brokers in Grand County and we are positioned to take the majority of the market share,” Lance said. “I really did not plan or see this coming. I could not be more proud and certainly more humbled, by what the universe has delivered for me and the great friends who have joined this fantastic team!”
